Educational Excellence:
Dr. Mannan pursued his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) at the prestigious Ivy League institution, the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, renowned for its tradition of academic excellence. He further honed his skills by completing his specialty training and Master of Science (M.S.) in Endodontics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, one of the country’s leading programs. Additionally, Dr. Mannan earned a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, reflecting his dedication to advancing both individual patient care and broader public health initiatives.

Awards and Recognition:
Dr. Mannan’s pursuit of excellence has been recognized throughout his career. During his residency, he received the highly esteemed Tony Michael Ponti Memorial Award, presented annually to the resident who demonstrates outstanding clinical skills in Endodontics over three years. His research was also recognized with first prize at the Indiana State Public Health Conference, and he achieved Honors in Clinical Restorative Seminar at the University of Pennsylvania.

Professional Affiliations & Teaching:
A proud and active member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), Dr. Mannan is passionate about staying at the forefront of his specialty. Beyond the clinic, he is deeply committed to shaping the next generation of dental professionals. He has served as an adjunct clinical professor at the University of Houston, Texas, and currently holds a faculty position at the University of Maryland as part of the Dean's Faculty, contributing his knowledge and expertise to the academic community.
